Do I need to know how to code?
No. Adding your business information and previewing answers needs no code. Putting the chatbot on your website means pasting one line of code. Your web developer can do it. Connecting WhatsApp needs a Meta Business account and a one-time setup first.
Will it slow my website down?
Nothing to install or maintain on your end: your website loads one small script that opens the chat window, and the chatbot itself runs on our servers.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
When it doesn't know, it says so and offers to pass the question to your team. AI can still make mistakes: preview important questions, keep your information current, and review unanswered questions in the dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Email us and we'll move you up or down; it takes effect on your next billing date. Self-serve plan changes are coming.
Can it confirm a booking or quote?
It can explain the information you provide and collect a request. Your team confirms availability, final quotes, and bookings; RemDev does not automatically reserve appointments.
How do I know it is helping?
